Master Shi Yan Heng (originally Liu Dao Heng) is a distinguished Shaolin Kung Fu master with over two decades of experience in martial arts. Hailing from Shandong Province, China, Master Shi embarked on his martial arts journey in 1996, studying at the renowned Shaolin Temple Boxing School in Dengfeng, Henan. There, he trained under the guidance of Master Shi Yong Yue, one of the respected Shaolin masters, deepening his knowledge and honing his skills in traditional Shaolin Kung Fu.

About Master Shi Yan Heng

Master Shi Yan Heng is proficient in the following martial arts routines: Yin Hand Stick Lianhuan Quan (Consecutive Fist) Chen Style Taijiquan Hard Qigong (Baduanjin, Huichun Gong) Piguazhuan Shaolin Stick Qigong (Yi Jin Jing, etc.) In 2003, Master Shi graduated from the Wuhan Institute of Physical Education with a Bachelor's degree in Ethnic Traditional Sports, specializing in martial arts. His comprehensive training has equipped him with a profound understanding of both internal and external martial arts practices, which he now shares with students from around the world. With his rich background and extensive experience, Master Shi Yan Heng brings a blend of traditional Shaolin wisdom and modern martial arts techniques to his teaching, offering students not just physical training but also mental and spiritual growth. As the heart of Tianshui Shaolin Kung Fu, he is dedicated to preserving the ancient legacy of Shaolin martial arts while guiding each student to reach their full potential.
